A: AdoraMatch uses your preferences and interests to suggest compatible matches. You can then Like, pass or use Maybe Baby. Once matched you have 48hours to start the conversation or your match disappears.
Q: Can I see profiles without blurring?
A: Nope! Blurred photos are a core feature of AdoraMatch. The reveal happens slowly as you connect, adding an element of surprise and excitement.
Q: Is AdoraMatch safe?
A: User safety is our top priority. We have robust moderation systems and encourage users to report any suspicious activity.
Q: Why do I need to verify my photos before I can message anyone?
A: At AdoraMatch, your safety is our top priority. Photo verification ensures everyone uses their real photos, helping you feel confident and comfortable connecting with others. You can’t start conversations until this simple process is completed.
Q: Why was I charged immediately, when I subscribed to the free trial?
A: If you have already taken advantage of the free trial, you will not qualify for another free trial. Free trials are limited to one per user ID. These are your app store provider’s rules.

MANAGING MY PROFILE:
Q: How can I add or change my headline?
A: To change your headline, follow these steps:
1. Go to the profile screen (profile icon – top right)
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button.
3. Click on the “Headline” tab to type in the content you want to be shown as your profile headline.
NOTE: By default, your “Career” will be selected for your headline.
Q: How can I hide my profile?
A: To hide your profile, follow these steps:
1. Go to the profile screen (profile icon – top right)
2. Click on the “Settings” button.
3. Under the account section switch the “Profile Discovery” toggle on.
By utilizing this feature, your profile is hidden from other potential matches, but you can still communicate with your current matches and vice versa.
Q: How do I change my age?
A: In order to change your age, please reach out to the support@adoramatch.com
Q: How do I logout?
A: To log-out of your profile, follow these steps:
1. Go to the profile screen (profile icon – top right)
2. Click on the “Settings” button.
3. Under the account section scroll down and select the “Sign-Out” option.
Q: Why has my profile been banned?
A: If your profile has been banned, it means that you have violated our terms of service, shared inappropriate media or created a fake profile. As a company, it is important for us to provide a safe platform for our users and prevent any wrongdoings.

REPORTING & UNMATCHING
Q: How do I unmatch someone?
A: To unmatch a user, follow these steps:
1. Go to your matches
2. Click on the user you want to unmatch
3. Click on the three dots in the top right corner
4. Click “Unmatch”
Your safety and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we give you the ability to choose why you want to unmatch a user. Our team closely monitors this feedback, as it helps us maintain the platform’s quality and safety standards.
Once you unmatch a user , they will no longer appear in your matches list. The user will also not be notified that you have unmatched them. . It’s important to note that we cannot undo an unmatch.
Q: How do I report someone/fake profile?
A: To report a potential match, follow these steps:
1. Go to the user’s profile
2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile
3. Click “Report & Block”
We value all of our users and take their reports seriously. We thoroughly investigate any reported wrongdoings or violations of our terms of use and take appropriate action as necessary.
Please keep in mind that reporting something doesn’t guarantee that it will be removed. However, if you have further concerns, please email the Adora Support Team.
CANCELLING / DELETING
Q: How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
A: If you’ve subscribed to one of our premium plans through your app store and want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Open app store
2. Navigate to “Subscriptions” and you will see your active app subscriptions.
3. Click on your subscription and then click “Cancel”
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the cancelled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires.
NOTE: If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you must log in to your External Service Account and follow instructions to manage or cancel your subscription, even if you have otherwise deleted your account with us or if you have deleted the App from your device
Q: How do I delete my profile?
A: We hope you’re leaving us because you’ve found your perfect match! If not, we would appreciate your feedback on why you’re deleting your profile and what we can do to improve your experience.
To delete your profile, follow these steps:
1. Go to the profile screen (profile icon – top right).
2. Click on the “Settings” button.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Deactivate Profile.”
Important: Deleting your profile will cause you to lose all your matches and conversations.
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the cancelled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires
